IOCF: Making your ministry thrive: how to develop a pastor’s leadership team (August 24 option)
This event will provide orientation and training for pastors on how to build and lead a pastor leadership team. A pastor leadership team exists to assist the pastor in managing the parish and is distinct from the parish and finance councils. A pastor is a better leader when he surrounds himself with individuals who possess the gifts and experience to assist him with his leadership regarding strategic planning, human resources, day to day operations, finances and stewardship. The pastor leadership team is an operational team, which means that each team member is actively involved in providing advice and also helping implement the decisions of the team. This event is required training for pastors who serve as teaching parish pastors for seminarians and deacons but all pastors are welcome to attend.
There are two available dates for this event. You are on the August 24 page. If you would need to register for the July 27 date, Please CLICK HERE.
