The “First 90 Days” is an event intended to assist newly assigned pastors and parochial administrators in getting off to a good start in their parish. There is a common saying among leaders that the first 90 days in a new position can determine a person’s success.

The session will cover pastor leadership do’s and don’ts, practical checklists, advice from experienced pastors, avoiding pitfalls, etc. Former CEO Doug Milroy will present with Fr. Michael Skluzacek, Father Finnegan and Paul Ruff.
