The Institute for Ongoing Clergy Formation (IOCF) is a comprehensive program that supports ordained clergy as they live out their vocations in joyful service to the Church. Established in 2015 as a post-ordination formation program, the IOCF provides training in business acumen, a forum for personal and fraternal renewal, wellness resources and ongoing mentoring/training for effective ministry.

Those in formation gather three times annually for presentations and discussions on pertinent topics. This includes mentoring from a senior pastor, as well as further training in sacraments, homiletics and reconciliation.

The IOCF nurtures holistic growth in knowledge, conversion and holiness of life by offering ongoing formation across the four dimensions of formation - spiritual, human, pastoral and intellectual - to ensure clergy are disposed to build up the Body of Christ in our parishes and dioceses.
