The Institute for Ongoing Clergy Formation (IOCF) is a comprehensive program that supports ordained clergy as they live out their vocations in joyful service to the Church. Established in 2015 as a post-ordination formation program, the IOCF nurtures holistic growth in knowledge, conversion and holiness of life by offering ongoing formation across the four dimensions of formation - human, intellectual, spiritual and pastoral - to ensure clergy are disposed to build up the Body of Christ in our parishes and dioceses.

The vision of the IOCF is captured in St. Paul’s Second Letter to Timothy when he exhorts him:

"I remind you to stir into flame the gift of God that you have through the imposition of my hands." (2 Timothy 1:6)
