Since 1894, The Saint Paul Seminary has formed men into priests of Jesus Christ. Today, we continue that legacy through providing a rich culture of formation where we form joyful, Catholic leaders who are prepared to lead and serve God’s people.
Here, a man enters intensive formation across four dimensions: human, intellectual, spiritual, and pastoral. This integrative formation allows the seminarian to become fully himself. By cooperating with the Holy Spirit, the principle agent of formation, and accompanied by outstanding formators in both the internal and external fora, the seminarian disciple receives and grows in his particular vocation to become a priest configured to Jesus Christ. Becoming fully alive in the Holy Spirit and engaging in faithful ministry as a happy, holy and healthy priest, he changes the world.
I welcome those who feel called to the priesthood to discover all that we have to offer here and to respond with generous faith to the Lord’s call. It is a privilege to be entrusted with the vital mission of forming men to share in the one priesthood of Jesus Christ.
